My two-book deal!

Exciting writing news: I just inked a two-book deal with Post Hil Press!

Book #1: "Appreciating Dave Brubeck and 'Time Out': Jazz's First Million-Selling Album." My look at the pianist and the album that spawned the tune "Take Five" will be out this fall.

Book #2: "Appreciating Weather Report: 'Heavy Weather,' the Gold Record That Changed Jazz." This examination of the influential fusion band and their game-changing classic will be published in 2021.
